1) UK Delivery Service
We offer Evri Next Day Delivery on all UK orders.

2) Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 11:00am (UK time) are dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00am are dispatched the next working day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3) Delivery Times

  • Evri Next Day Delivery: Orders typically arrive the next working day after dispatch.
    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, peak periods, or public holidays.

4) Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5) Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

6) Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, you may be required to pay for re-delivery.

7) Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
